- Cash on delivery:
Cash on delivery is only provided for shipments to Italy.
Cash on delivery includes a fixed fee of € 3.00 to be added to the cost
of the shipment.

Payment must be made directly to the courier and in cash (euro)
Any other payment formulas can only be accepted at the discretion of LADOMINIC

The ordered products remain the property of LADOMINIC until the complete collection of the relative price.


To ensure the safety of the shipment, the shipper requests the signature "on receipt" of the recipient at the time of delivery; if this is not possible, the goods are not delivered.
If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package has imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier.
We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of the products delivered corresponds to the quantity ordered, that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
Any problems in the delivery must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days from the order confirmation.


The information on the shipping methods are indicated at the time of purchase, are charged to the customer and are charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.


The customer can track the status of the shipment on the site by entering the number of his shipment.

All purchases are delivered by GLS courier.
The cost of shipping in Italy is € 7.00.
The cost of shipping in Europe is € 12.00.

Delivery areas
The delivery of the products is carried out at the address requested by the Customer (we do not ship to PO boxes).


If the products do not satisfy you can request a return or exchange.
The conditions for the changes are as follows:

The purchased goods can be returned within 5 days from the delivery date.
Returns made after the deadline can only be accepted at the discretion of LADOMINIC.
To carry out the return procedure it is necessary to send an e-mail to info@ladominic.it to obtain a return authorization number.
To make the return, wait for the return authorization issued by LADOMINIC.
Important to release at the time of purchase a telephone number as LADOMINIC will book the collection at the delivery address and get in touch with the courier in charge. The e-mail with the return authorization must be included in the package.

Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.
Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during shipment.
The return of the product involves the payment of the shipping costs.

LADOMINIC sends an e-mail confirming receipt of the return and activation of the replacement procedure


From receipt of the order the delivery time of the products is the following of 2/3 working days (14/15 days for the items to customize).
Deliveries are made and guaranteed by GLS. All orders are delivered by GLS courier from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The shipper requires the "receipt" signature of the recipient at the time of delivery. The Customer is requested to provide a valid address to which the goods will be delivered during delivery times. Please promptly indicate a possible change of address. Once the shipment has been completed, it is not possible to change the destination address.
At the time of shipment, LADOMINIC notifies the Customer of the shipment number by e-mail.
The delivery of the products can also take place through partial shipments: in this case only the price of the products shipped and the cost of the single shipment are charged. In the case of partial shipping, information is given by e-mail.
Possible delivery delays over 10 days work must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days of order confirmation.
